Designing and testing prototypes of the new technology, called Power to the Patient, the team led by Richard J. Holden.
Conducted independent qualitative research to launch new IA and navigation structure for the clinical study watch used in collecting health data from the users. Created multiple mock-ups to conduct quick cognitive walkthroughs and heuristic evaluations individually and with Verily UX team. Designed and conducted in-person user studies to gauge the usability of the newly designed clinical study watch. Made concrete, data-driven recommendations for change based on findings from research. Communicate with interaction designers, industrial designers, engineers, and product managers throughout the user-centered design process.

Designed and developed overall concepts for new product features, and contribute to leading the way towards a consistent and unified user experience. Researched, implemented, and helped drive innovative UX solutions for various products. My role was to figure out what is going to make a product successful and then work with designers, engineers, stakeholders and others to define a design that will accomplish those goals. Conducted workshops on building web applications where I trained more than 1050 engineering college students and received an A+ satisfaction rating from students.
