My main objective is to provide a fun and effortless shopping experience for our
men, women, and luxe clients. In order to do so, I interpret the client’s style
preferences and feedback and continually apply learnings to subsequent Fixes. I follow through on our promise to help our clients look and feel like their best self with each personally-curated Fix. Styling and providing expert advice to our clients also lends itself to establishing and maintaining enduring relationships. In addition to styling, I partake in focus groups to offer actionable insights and experience. I also led a group TB with a focus on client retention, and most recently, supported at Men's Training with a presentation on woven shirts during the Merch Roadshow.
The core of my role as an Operations Excellence Lead was to manage and interpret quality data analytics in order to create actionable insights. I evaluated quality issues at every level of our everyday operations, from individual stores to the warehouse and carriers. As a result of overseeing quality issues, I was able to identify specific pain points and implement solutions to continually improve training and SOPs.
As a Sales Administrator, I supported two senior sales executives and a marketing development representative to maximize the efficiency of the sales team. I assisted my team in guaranteeing a successful customer experience from start to finish. This entailed building and revising quotes with sample pricing, accepting purchase orders and processing corresponding sales orders, and closing out orders with tracking and invoices. I also partnered with the supply chain team in order to manage inventory and assist with purchasing. Developing and maintaining vendor relationships was my forte and in cultivating these relationships, I was able to source great inventory and secure even better pricing. Finally, I devised and implemented training materials for new hires. This entailed revising a lengthy training manual to omit outdated information and condensed all pertinent material into a streamlined several pages.
I pursued a Sociology major because I very much enjoyed taking a deeper look at the intricacies and intersection of the many facets of our society and individual personhood. Analyzing and interpreting the experiences, struggles, and triumphs of different groups based on factors like gender, race, socioeconomic status, and sexual identity helped me to develop a respect and richer understanding of our diverse world.
I have always enjoyed looking at homes from the exterior to the interior,
landscaping, staging, and all details big and small. I really enjoy learning and
decided to take Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Practice, and Real Estate Law to gain a higher level understanding of real estate from a business and practice
standpoint.
This blog grew out of my love for storytelling and connecting with others. It's a place for me to share my passions and projects with others.
