Organisation wide ERP upgrade project. My role in the HR/Payroll Stream team was to assist in the requirements gathering from the end users as well as the HR and the Payroll teams, work along side consultants to configure the solution to match the requirements we had for our employees as per their employee agreement, develop training materials for end users, payroll staff, HR staff and act as a champion for the project as there was a great deal of resistance from the organisation in regards to the change to an ESS solution.
A corporate initiative to implement a new performance management system. I led the project from the HR systems team writing the business case, leading the tender evaluations, conducted user requirements gathering workshops, wrote the systems specifications, completed UAT and wrote training materials
A corporate initiative to streamline our recruitment process. I was asked to come on board to re-configure our e-Recruit solution to match the new recruitment procedure. I have worked closely with the HR Business Partners to understand their current experience and to see how we can improve the system configuration to help them provide their services in a more timely manner.
