• Product lead for Guided Procurement. One of the four core modules for Airbase. Part of the 0 → 1 journey for Guided Procurement, from ideation to launch to $1 million ARR within 1 year.
• Scaled the product team (1 →4), design (1 → 3), and engineering (2 → 15) as the product offering grew exponentially after launch.
• Launched the first independently paid module for Airbase - Advanced Approvals took the product from launch to onboarding 20 paid customers in 6 months. Today has more than 100 paying customers.
• Launched an approval workflow for physical card transactions from ideation, and customer research to launch. 80 paid customers signed up for the beta, the feature is GA and adopted by more than 200 mid-market customers.
• Helped scale GTM processes for different segments of customers. Self-serve features for SMBs, solutions consulting driven features for mid-market & early enterprise customers.

Product Manager with B2B financial platform, primarily responsible for the billing & payment needs of Uber's business customers (Freight & Uber for Business)

• Launched invoicing automation for Uber Freight to manage shippers' (Enterprise customers') billing needs.
• Brought down the time to invoice by 7 days, and saved ~200 hours per week of manual work.
• Conceptualized and delivered the MVP for payment workflow management platform for the Account Management & Financial operations team.

End-to-end ownership and delivery of risk analysis platform for the real-time transaction(card and direct debit) risk assessment for Paysafe's payment processor.

• Handled complete migration of legacy risk rules engine to bring down the turnaround time for new rule creation from a minimum of 2 weeks to a few minutes
• Delivered real-time merchant risk analytics solution with risk identification, workflow management, and visualization using Tableau and highchairs
• Delivered within a span of 3 months, one stop real-time risk dashboard to gauge merchant health across the Paysafe group
• Led three scrum teams(~24 Engineers) to deliver multiple use cases on the decision engine platform created for risk assessment and analytics

Building frictionless Inventory, Pricing, Payments, and communication products for Snapdeal's 250,000 merchants.

• Designed and delivered MVP for auctions platform in 3 months from conceptualization - with close to 50 distributors' participation in the first phase
• Designed and delivered MVP for promotions platform to increase the merchant participation in promotions initiated by Snapdeal
• Delivered dynamic marketing fee project which involved changes across 7 products and stakeholders across Pricing, Finance, Legal and Merchant operations (Additional revenue ~1 Cr per month)

Part of 5 member R&D for a trade secret intellectual property in the domain of Natural Language Processing.

• Owner of code base for a semantic search engine, SPOC for design and implementation of new features for the engine
• Delivered PoCs on application of NLP for legal, media, Oil & Gas, Insurance, Consumer banking domains
• Made the search engine vertically scalable - reduced the processing time by ~23 times

• Created the as-is and to-be process for cash management by interacting with finance team and stakeholders from partner banks
• Presented a case for automation of Inter company Billing System to remove the manual touch points
