Leading the Digital Transformation Environment program to modernize Boeing across its security, governance, and systems architecture organizations. These process optimizations will allow Boeing engineers to push code on a daily and ad-hoc basis. Utilizing agile and scaled agile techniques to coordinate efforts of a cross functional and geographically diverse team.

Created and tracked product strategy, roadmap, and requirements for multiple internal product teams which support the maintenance, training, planning, and delivery systems across 737, 777, and 787 programs.

• Developed project playbook for internal automation regression testing procedures. This decreased User Acceptance Testing (UAT) defects by 60% and reduced the time to ship software to production by 75% (four weeks to one) across the company.
• Consolidated four legacy systems into one planning and scheduling system which realized a yearly cost avoidance of 11 million dollars (a 65% improved efficiency).
• Shipped a real-time business analytics suite to support the availability of critical customer data which drove direct sales training conversion by 25%.

Recruited to participate in a two year, four rotation technology leadership program.

Planning, logistics, and customer outreach at an umbrella corporation for hacks, projects, and other crazy ideas. Most noteworthy was Lottry, a mobile app that allowed the purchase lottery tickets in Washinton State. State and Federal gambling laws eventually proved to be an insurmountable barrier.
