Assist in general library work such as technical and/or public services: assist patrons with daily operational needs of the library, perform related duties as assigned, provide service at the circulation desk including preparing library for opening, greet and direct patrons to various locations or locate materials, answer the phone, register new patrons, collect and record fines and fees, maintain library public area in a clean and orderly fashion and other general cleaning and organizing tasks as required.

Translation and assistance in the making of documents and quarterly reports, placing of donations, telephone reception and client service, filing of documents, stocking of office material and other secretarial tasks.
