  • Within 48 hours cancelled/rewrote a $110M revenue company and bolted-on to the cancel/rewrite an acquisition of similar size in Q1 2017. Cost-of-risk reduction $75,000.
  • Performed property/casualty due dilligence for a health care technology acquisition durng Q1 2017. Broadened coverage, reduced retentions and reduced P&C cost-of-risk by 20%.
  • On an ongoing basis create due dilligence reports for acquisitions, review various contracts and credit agreements for clients. Design and implement competitive property/casualty new and renewal business on a book of $750,000 to $1,000,000 broker revenue.
  • Manage/mentor a former financial services broker new to P&C.

Highlights of the Aon years include:

  • Renewal retention rate of 90%.
  • Mentorship of junior property/casualty brokers within Commercial Risk.
  • ARS Steering Committee member from 2005-2006. This opportunity provided a unique oppportunity provided tremendous insight in to management planning related to revenue growth, new products, as well as client and employee retention.
