My job consists of:

• Assurance and audit work for DNFs (Non-Financial Disclosure , enshrine by D.Lgs 254/16) & Sustainability Reports. 
• Ensuring the accuracy of the data reported with MS Office with Pivot Tables and Vlookup function 
• Meeting with clients to understand the workflows used for the data in their reports.
• Consulting clients to help them draw up their Sustainability Reports  Specific tasks included: market research on competitors to produce a benchmark to identify possible themes to include in the Report.
• Studying the relevance and application of ESG themes in different sectors (RI in banking, environmentally conscious food trends)

Key Partner is an Italian System Integrator company founded in 2010 operating in Milan and Rome that operates operating in the IT sector. Its vision is to improve the integration of digital systems. My job consisted of

• Followed a training course at NTT DATA, Fortune 500 company leader in the IT sector, on ServiceNow, where I studied JavaScript and SQL.
• Operating in close collaboration with the client to transform needs into concrete improvements in their ServiceNow's environment Worked in a 4-people team as a ServiceNow analyst to build the infrastructure (suppliers, shipments) of SAIPEM on ServiceNow using the facilities plugin.
• Gathering, analyzing, documenting and reviewing business needs and requirements; translating and simplifying requirements;
