If you know me, you will know I am driven by three things; passion, creativity and curiosity! My journey started with a desire to build things for people, ensuring I was helping them along the way. I have always had a passion for human behaviours and the creative world, looking on a deeper level to establish a 'why' behind everything I do. With the assistance of Telstra and the team at Vivant, I was introduced to Design Thinking and UX principles which led me to my current path of becoming a human centred designer. Hindsight is a wonderful tool, as I look back at the team success and growth shared across my time in AFL, my focus on engagement and the art of listening saw the success in both commercial growth and customer engagement. My jump into UX felt natural knowing my empathetic approach has been the commonality to my success. I plan to grow this skill as I continue to build on the methodologies I've learnt while being inspired by industry leaders. I am currently studying User Experience Design with General Assembly to grow as a UX Practitioner and continuously learn from the human-focused community that I love so much - for this, it all starts with a conversation. (I am excited about exploring job opportunities in technology, innovation, UX & Service Design.)
