- Extensive experience in HR - Recruitment (Contract Hire and Permanent)
- Understand recruiting demands and specific skill profiles
- Sourcing of candidate resume through Referrals, Linked In, Head hunting Job portals.
- Formatting and forwarding the resumes to technical panel for quality check.
- Conducting initial round of interview through telephone or face 2 face
- Scheduling Client interviews for the shortlisted candidates.
- Follow-up for the feedback from CSM.
- Negotiating the salary with Selected Candidates.
- Releasing the offer.
- Follow-up with candidates until they join.
- Organizing Drives for various skill-set requirements and handling the huge number of candidates during walk-ins.
- Participate in recruiting events and sourcing activities.
- Ensuring employee relation after the candidate has joined and resolving any queries.
- Updating the recruitment database accordingly and providing daily and weekly reports on the recruitment Process
- Status to the top management.
- Maintaining of all the confidential information of the company
