  • I Set up a culture of Data analysis / growth mindset among the teams. I analyzed search and audience data to identify opportunities and grow traffic.

I led SFR Music to become the most innovative & No.1 digital music service in France and within the Vodafone Group (from 2005 to 2007).

  • Deals : I led to sign 15 strategic content deals with Major Music Labels (negotiations, business models, deal implementations).
  • Communication : (Budget €5+ million / year) : Led the media buying & communication strategy involving TV commercials, online ads, retail displays and event partnerships. Bi-annual checks showed that SFR Music brand positively impacted SFR brand values and perceptions on young targets.
