A non-profit subsidiary of Bethel Church which reaches 192 countries each year in the creation, development, and distribution of both produced and live content through online distribution channels and e-commerce. Bethel.TV is the only financially successful faith-based subscription model which provides over 30 hours of content each month and reaches 192 countries each year.

• Managed the web development team for the Bethel.TV platform which saw double digit subscription growth while maintaining 60% margins.
• Lead the development of the new e-course platform on Bethel.TV on time and on budget. The platform licenses content from 3rd party publishers and lead to an additional 10% in revenue in year one.
• Veted, on-boarded and managed an offshore development team to a successful launch of a rebrand of Bethel.tv which saw a 40% reduction in development costs.
• Managed the development of Bethel.TV’s show format which included a new delivery platform.
• Developed processes for documentation and SOPs that allow for more efficient on-boarding of staff.
• Managed the setup and implementation of a multi-server delivery platform for Bethel.TV that insured 99% uptime and data redundancy across all systems.
• Veted, implemented and oversaw the development of a new coding technology which allowed Bethel.TV to perform more tasks with less resources.
• Created and managed AWS environments for multiple projects using various AWS products for continuous integration and deployment
• Over 1,000 GitHub commits with over 700,000 lines of code including PHP, Javascript, CSS and HTML
• Dokerized RoR app for localhost development and deployment to AWS

Managed and coded the development of a custom server install tracking system for Walmart’s IBM hardware installs nation-wide. This system saved over 600 hours by allowing each Walmart store to implement new servers in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner.

Arkansas’s Blue Cross Blue Shield enterprise. ABCBS is responsible for claims, payment, and management of millions of insured across the entire state of Arkansas.

• Managed the enterprise level applications and systems and achieved an SLA of 99% uptime.
• Lead a team of developers and customer service reps that provided critical data to the entire enterprise.
• Procured servers and systems for the enterprise that was a cost savings initiative through the negotiation of improved rates and decreased cost.
• Code writing in Perl, Javascript, HTML, CSS and VB script.

An international business providing nutritional supplements to over 10 countries. ForMor manufactured, shipped and handled procurement for it’s 25,000 clients.
