Purpose: To connect university students on co-operative work terms in the same cities. Co-op Connection provides social programming, peer support and information from the Federation of Students in order to enhance communication and advocate for the needs of co-op students.

• Provide students on co-operative work terms social programming
• Provide students with opportunities to connect, network and support with students in the same city
• Understand the unique needs and advocate for necessary change on behalf of co-op students
• Create programs and events based on meeting the needs of students
• Create and maintain partnerships with the Co-operative Education and Career Action (CECA) office

Goals: Lead and guide students to find learning style most suitable for them; explain concepts, terms, and ideas in detail; assist and motivates students in improving their average mark in the subject

• Motivated students by setting month-end goals and meeting them through support, motivation and critical feedback
• Displayed leadership and initiative by guiding students and optimizing students’ writing skills
