• Created reports using Excel and presentations for internal/external leadership meetings and ensured that the on-call compensation for developers was being met. Gained organisation and structure skills.

• Identified not scalable billing process as an operational problem, and got management buy-in to change to a better system. Subsequently investigated alternatives, decided on Stripe automated reports and moved to use Excel.
• Enhance customer experience of the billing system through integrations of third-party providers such as Payfunnels for easy payment process, handle recurring payments, etc…
• Set up, monitored, and reported on A/B testing, analyzing the results and determining which features are optimal for the website.
• During intermissions, I would spend time completing the theSeniorDev’s training tutorials while waiting for new tasks. Additionally, I gained insight into the performance and monitoring by using real user monitoring on our main website(Lighthouse and Sentry).

- Developed an application alongside a senior frontend engineer, through framework programming within frontend technologies(JavaScript, Gatsby) to reach 70+ students.

- Created a continuous channel of communication between our providers and the Hack Club stakeholders to develop student program improvements.

- Initiated an events strategy and partnerships with non-profit organisations and relevant associations that increased participation by 70%. Managed end-to-end organisation of 5 events with software developers in 2 months.

- Led tech activities, worked with technologies such as JavaScript frameworks React.js. Deployed websites on Netlify and use Git for code commits and open-source projects.
