• Meet with clients to understand objectives, needs, and constraints.

• Engaging with customers on all of our social media channels and providing support with sales, technical support, account management, financial care, international care, and customer escalations.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as engineering, business support, promotional team, fraud team, or IT team to help with an out-of-box solution
• Properly handling customer proprietary network information (CPNI) and confidential information. Handling and acting on minute-by-minute internal Public-Relations updates to mitigate a developing PR crises on social.
• Support executive social media queue (highly escalated cases or social influencers) and mitigate negative impact to brand.

Website Redesign (2020-21) Contributed development to new website to launch with CPB rebranding campaign. Coordinating between project stakeholders to sync.

Website Redesign V2 (2021) Developing CPB’s summer refresh theme, as well as extending some additional features in their CMS (Umbraco 7)

Umbraco v9 Migration/Dev on new Framework (Ongoing) Re-developing website due to new .NET Core framework requirement. Transformed all static templates and themes into modularized components and extending additional features (daily batch-processing of excel tables containing updated rates & parse to pages). Locations page 2022-2023 refresh.

Intranet Site (Ongoing): Manages client’s intranet portal and assists several teams in CPB with change requests, issues, site development, and maintaining internal webapps.

• Website Migration (2020-21) Migrating website from Drupal 7 to 9.
• Website Redesign Campaigns: Financial Checkup, Condo Projects, Homepage refresh, Wealth-Advisor (landing page + advisors template), Locations Template, Support Local Template.
• Provide ongoing development for ASB Marketing team for projects, campaigns, new templates, and extending features in their CMS.

• Department of Education (Discontinued internal web application used for businesses to submit Query lookups and fixes.)

Personal project of mines that allowed visitors to submit report of lost cats plotted on a map in hopes that those who run into a lost cat nearby could look to see if there’s any matching reports of the lost cat in the general vicinity, or vice versa.
