Responsible for the development and maintenance on future products within the Performance Car line, covering Corvette and Cadillac. Installed, repaired, and/or replaced prototype and production intent components on vehicles. Maintained records of work performed. Interacted with engineering personnel. Fabricated test fixtures and specialized vehicle components.

  • Contract not renewed due to vehicle reaching production status. Currently working from personal residence.

Brighton Superbike

Motorcycle Technician

Responsible for the rebuild, repair and maintenance of both production and racing motorcycles. Installed custom and aftermarket accessories. Dyno operator and performance technician.

Responsible for the building of calibration software packages for components such as ABS modules, occupant detection systems, power products, electrical steering mechanisms, and other computer controlled components. Created projects from scratch including setting up electronic library, pulling part numbers, created pertinent documentation, downloaded base software bundles, and gathered calibration values. Maintained records via both database and hard-copy storage. Tracked build schedules through weekly meetings as well as interacted with management and engineers involved.

  • Contract expired July 2005 due to Technical Center closing.

Responsible for the logistics of prototype fleet inventory for General Motors' Pontiac Bonneville GXP and Cadillac Limo programs. Coordinated build and test schedules with engineers and technicians. Maintained Bill of Materials. Responsible for parts inventory.

Planned, set up and executed instrumented road tests on vehicles and components as well as engines and related schedules on dyno. Interfaced with vehicle mechanical, electrical and control systems including body, engine, chassis and drive train. Acquired and processed data using proprietary software coupled with a variety of data acquisition equipment. Maintained records on work performed and analyzed data collected. Coordinated and exchanged findings with engineering personnel. Interacted directly with customers and suppliers to coordinate needs and requirements. Calibrated test instrumentation. Designed and fabricated test fixtures for both vehicle components and dyno lab. Responsible for upkeep and maintenance of machine shop and equipment. Supported off property trips. Responsible for setting up radio communication equipment, trip routing, itineraries and driving lead vehicle.
