At Housing.com, I worked in a cross-functional role in the Special Projects team, with one of the Co- Founders. Growth initiatives for new business verticals - Managed Housing Direct, a to-be launched business vertical. Housing Direct (HD) - an innovative product for users looking for rental apartments. HD was positioned to provide users a seamless online experience to not only search apartments but also zero in on the right apartment and transact the apartment online (without any offline interaction) - Worked on go-to market strategy, analyzed demand-supply data and market trends. Devised a scoring formula to ascertain top localities for launching Housing Direct in Bangalore and Mumbai - Created the monetization plan for the Rent vertical; negotiated partnerships with Furlenco, Rentomojo, Airtel, ACT, Housejoy and LocalOye
