• In charge of taking inbound calls from clients and answering any questions they had pertaining to fraud or possible fraud on their account(s)
• Responsible to monitor credit card activity protecting the clients from fraud.
• Determine the fraud risk factors and decide to place a hold on an account and call the client or to leave the account as normal
