- Customer Relationship management - post-sales customer interactions, issue escalation, resolution & closure and provide progress updates to customer
- Help lead ongoing development of PMO for assimilation of best practices in project management across group levels, risk reduction and improve confidence in the overall design and delivery of projects and major change initiatives. Working for provisioning module optimization.
- Establishment of process documents/trackers/checklists to ensure seamless project rollout
- Track projects so as to maintain a real-time picture of status and priority, facilitating adaptability in the face of changing business priorities.
- Track, manage, and communicate risks and issues with stakeholders and senior management with respect to the deliveries & dependencies.
- Implement Development processes and ensure that service delivery team understands and follows processes and procedures. Also Implementing governance standards across the portfolio, including tracking, monitoring and updating the status of programmed deliverables
- Coordinate with Product/IT Teams for Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing Project (VAPT) for betterment on work flow management.
- Assist Project Managers in the daily administration of projects.
- Function as SPOC for all functional teams & technical teams to achieve effective solutions.
- Assist in Development and maintenance of relationships with Business Unit leads and leadership teams to manage expectations of service, including work products, timing, and the value to be delivered for those projects and programs by arranging regular interlocks.
- Monitoring areas of significant program risk in conjunction with the Leadership Team and manages PMO level and escalated project issues to resolution
- Additional responsibilities include assisting the business head with defining and updating the project management processes, standards and governance, assisting Project Managers on large projects, contributing to Quality Reviews, and coordinating activities in support of quality objectives.
- PMO, amongst other things, ensures project plans and project documentation are complete and up-to-date, provides regular project status updates, provides assistance to acquire necessary resources and skills, and contributing to the delivery of business systems to meet identified business requirements.
