• Developed Custom Clock Previews for Samsung's upcoming galaxy Gear device using OpenGL ES and Android canvas.
• Developed advanced UX for Samsung Gear Manager application with custom views.
• Developed many dynamic UI components for Samsung's gear Manager Applicaton.

• Worked on Android 4.3 and Android 4.4 Audio platform bring up and stabilization on various chipsets.
• Developed new solution for music identification which helps users identify music tracks running in the background of videos in real-time. Made changes in framework and middleware to convert audio samples into unique fingerprints which are then sent across to a backend server music library (EchoPrint).
• Developed new video recording solution which can embed any audio selected from the device into the video real-time. Supports both lipsyncing or kareoke mixing.

• Worked on Android Audio Framework and Audio HAL across multiple Chipsets.
• Worked at the Samsung Headquarters in Suwon (South Korea) for 6 months for some of Samsung's major flagship models including Galaxy S3.
• Worked in the integration of Qualcomm's Low Power Audio Solution into Android Audio stack with samsung customizations, with changes in Stagefright, Audio middleware and Audio HAL.
• Worked in Audio HAL bring-up for Samsung phones based on ST-Ericsson, Samsung chipsets. - Was a part of the OS upgrade team responsible for providing Jelly Bean update for many Samsung models.

• Developing and Integrating solutions for Android Multimedia Framework.
• Developed a File Read-Write Cache Buffer for StageFright, which saves the power consumed during Audio-Video playback by reducing the number of file reads.
• Was part of Developing Multiple Audio Track Support solution for video playback.

• Developed a Prediction Model For Web Page Prefetching that can effectively predict the forthcoming page request of an user even before an explicit request is made for that page.
• It makes use of various Data-mining and prediction algorithms, and presents suitable approaches for both server side and client side prediction.
• The research paper on the same “Prediction Algorithm for client side pre-fetching” was accepted as a poster paper at the Second International Conference on Recent Trends in Information, Telecommunication and Computing – ITC 2011.

• Developed a method for automatic extraction of buildings and super structures from Digital Surface Models, for 3D reconstruction of urban regions from high quality aerial photographs, making use of various image processing techniques and geometric algorithms.

Graduated from College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University, one of the oldest and most prestigious colleges in India and secured CGPA 8.48.

Secured 96% in Tamil State Board Higher Secondary Examination and was School Topper.

Activities and Societies: Won the School Rolling Shield as House captain.
