Senior Manager - New Supply (Private Brands)

Currently creating Swiggy's new private & strategic brands from the ground up. I am responsible for identifying food & concept gaps in the market and developing innovative brands to plug them, thereby providing a better consumer experience and resulting in a more loyal customer for the Swiggy platform.

My role involves conceptualizing, planning, marketing strategy and growth for all new brands; liaising with various stakeholders to solve challenges related to logistics, implementation, customer satisfaction, etc.

  • Exceeded success KPIs on 2 concepts that will be scaled to multiple kitchens across India and presently working on the next 3 brands
  • Created brands that reached the top 5% of Swiggy's national restaurant base in terms of maximum orders per day and repeat engagement metrics
  • Working with India's biggest hospitality chains at the CXO level to help build delivery only brands to optimize their kitchen utilization while unlocking new sources of revenue
  • Currently building the Brand Launch Playbook for delivery only brands on the Swiggy Platform

As the primary market manager for Headout's ME cities, my key responsibility was growing our top-line and market share while achieving strong unit economics. It involved building and maintaining partnerships with key accounts including relationships at the CXO level, category management, tactical growth initiatives and liaising between teams to solve challenges pertaining to supply, logistics, marketing, quality and customer satisfaction.
