Currently creating Swiggy's new private & strategic brands from the ground up. I am responsible for identifying food & concept gaps in the market and developing innovative brands to plug them, thereby providing a better consumer experience and resulting in a more loyal customer for the Swiggy platform.
My role involves conceptualizing, planning, marketing strategy and growth for all new brands; liaising with various stakeholders to solve challenges related to logistics, implementation, customer satisfaction, etc.
As the primary market manager for Headout's ME cities, my key responsibility was growing our top-line and market share while achieving strong unit economics. It involved building and maintaining partnerships with key accounts including relationships at the CXO level, category management, tactical growth initiatives and liaising between teams to solve challenges pertaining to supply, logistics, marketing, quality and customer satisfaction.
I was internally promoted to be one of the first members of the then newly formed Headout BD Team. My primary responsibility here was building out this team, owning key accounts and launching new markets. My role involved creating new processes from scratch, systems, databases and dashboards; account management & city launches; recruitment, training and on-boarding of all additional BD team members.
My team owned all the listings on the Headout platform. I managed the team's workflow, internal metrics and editorial quality compliance.
A hobby that I turned into a business in the short break I took in between Target and post-grad involved training members in database management and workbook manipulation through advanced MS Excel tools and formulae.
Managed resource allocation, new projects, training and reporting of the floor planning process for a 22 member team.
Piloted the Floor Planning Team; worked on space allocation and category flow for presentation in 2000+ USA stores. I led the transition of new and complex processes from the Minneapolis (HQ) team to our 40 member
India team.
Optimized sales by creating electronic versions of merchandise presentation (planograms) for 1800+ USA stores. Increased the efficiency of a daily reporting task by 217% and daily tasks by 150%.
