• Designed software solutions (Web & Desktop) driving continuous improvement to processes, systems, and workflow.
• Configure, Test and Deploy selfserve kiosk application on Arinc Selfserv platform for different airlines,
• Configuring and maintaining Cisco devices, VLANs, EIGRP, OSPF and BGP protocols for end to end airline communication.
• Responsible for providing support for passengers processing applications and software to all airlines and their hosts under SLAs and liaising upper level 3 support team in TULSA, ARINC HQ- USA, ideally working with Cisco and Checkpoint products.
• Monitoring application, network and system processes on Travsys Gateways,NetFlow, NetSupport and Network Analyzers. Monitoring and optimising LAN traffic performance and troubleshooting, if required
• Setup network and windows infrastructure according to implementation specification. Conduct end-to-end test with third party vendors where applicable.

• Designing simulations in Network Simulator (NS2) for performance analysis.
• Writing Python and AWK scripts to run simulations multiple times with varying parameters and using Perl statistical library to extract summarized data.
• Collect and analyze data from NS2 trace files and import them to MATLAB
• Conduct literature reviews.
• Provide ready access to all experimental data for the research supervisor.
