My role as the Head of Project Management Office is to lead a team of Project Leaders and define main KPIs and make sure that project portfolio is healthy and on the right course.
My role is also to keep the customer satisfaction on the highest level and to keep inernal stakeholders informed about the project challenges and progress.
In a period of less than two years, our portfolio of projects is counting 40+ Automotive projects that are being implemented from the initial idea on a drawing to developed production process and the start of serial production.
I have successfully implemented APQP procedure and documentation that is now our core foundation for the new project implementation. Quality and customer satisfaction is our main concern and APQP is our key weapon.
I'm responsible for defining Department strategy and development as well as personal development of my team.
Project budgeting has been dramatically improved under my lead and it is one of our three main pillars.
Our Project Team is including experts from Technology, Purchasing, Logistics, Production, Quality and Sales.
Other than that, I do the regular stuff that Project Managers do - I fight with the windmills.
My main responsibilities on this position were:
