In fast-paced, agile environments, I confidently lead the core infrastructure teams and projects: improving quality, efficiency, reliability, and cost reduction while clearly communicating status, expectations and risks and to all stakeholders. I have extensive hands-on experience managing highly complex technical operations, 24/7/365 data centers & IT operations, while maintaining 99.999% uptime. I recently led the relocation of Weatherby from California to our new Wyoming headquarters.

    Leading the Technology and Facilities team through the company relocation to Wyoming and it's future growth.

    • Supervise continued growth, new projects, and relationships from inception to completion, including negotiation of contracts and budget requirements.
    • Oversee all facility aspects of our new 9.5 acre, 85,000 sq. ft. headquarters, managing the continued expansion, reconfiguration, maintenance, and warranty issues.
    • Lead and participate on teams to implement CapEx proposals, correct facilities errors, and improve technology processes.
    • Work extensively with outside contractors, consultants, construction firms & associated sub-contractors, affecting quality workmanship & deliverables.
    • Design and manage physical security, access control, electronic security, and all corporate network infrastructure.
    • Oversaw the expansion to four concurrent work sites in two states, providing uninterrupted network, and core services to employees, ultimately consolidating into our newly built headquarters on schedule.
    • Led the upgrade of Sage ERP core business software from an unsupported 15 year old version, dramatically improving overall workflow, reducing technical support needs, and improving data accessibility.

Responsible for all SenseLabs cloud-based services, site uptime, DevOps, production & development environments, monitoring & security, code repository & deployment, corporate infrastructure, networking, and workstations.

    • Automated Build Framework and Test Servers for iOS Apps: Designed and built an array of continuous integration servers and test framework allowing for automated application testing using both iOS simulator and tethered iOS devices. Dashboard reporting and status alerts.
    • API Testing: Lead the definition and creation of automated and feature specific test suites for backend code deployments across staging, test, and production environments.
    • Unified code deployment process: Eliminated significant system reconfiguration previously required during code updates greatly speeding up and improving reliability of the code release process.

Responsible for all Experts Exchange datacenters, DevOps, development & test environments, monitoring & security, code repository & deployment, corporate infrastructure, networks, VOIP call center & workstations.

    • Designed and built out primary and disaster recovery datacenters in Ashburn, Virginia & San Luis Obispo, California. Directly managed all hardware system designs and allocation, project timeline, logistics, work scope and estimations, 3rd party vendors, hardware specifications and purchasing.
    • Maintained 99.99% site uptime for all Experts Exchange (an Alexa-ranked top 1,000 global website) and Redsource Interactive web properties (,,, and over 50 others). Team members oncall 24/7 365.
    • Led Payment Card Industry (PCI) certification and compliance efforts.
    • Concepted, developed & launched SaaS application. Acting Product Manager overseeing design, competitive analysis, pricing models and marketing campaigns.
    • Defined a common server hardware platform & led the hardware upgrades of existing servers. Managed over 200 physical servers across three geographically diverse data centers.
