Connected blood banks and hospitals to potential blood donors via a mobile app. I did user experience research, validating and discrediting our predictions about donating and identifying specific hassles for potential blood donors. Iterated on our mock-up sketches for our app based on user feedback and I also researched strengths and weaknesses of our competitors, other mobile apps with this same goal of maximizing blood supply to blood banks.
