• Key Responsibilities
• Building and managing a UX team currently of 11 members specializing in different verticals under the UX umbrella. Fostering an environment of continual learning, development, and support through 1:1s, mentoring, assigning duties, and building a work environment with diversity awareness
• Presenting proposals to leads/clients on design thinking and UX capabilities along with building case studies with UX deliverables (wireframes, workflows, prototypes, etc.) for projects to explain and negotiate design solutions
• Being the UX champion driving thought leadership around UX by setting up best practices under UX in UI Design, IA, and Interaction Design; establishing User-Centered Design processes and its life-cycle; provide and effectively communicate strategic and tactical recommendations
• Strong bias for action including the ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Key Assignments/ Initiatives:

• Was able to get a billability of 5000+ hours on 20+ projects for UX in the first 10 months of building the team doing pre-sales and delivery. Apart from these worked in several internal support and audit projects
• Was able to deliver on projects coming from different domains and industry (Health care, Logistics, Lifestyle, Events etc.) working on different environments (Web Apps, Progressive and Responsive Websites, Android, IOS and cross-platform app) with a different set of users for both enterprise and consumer applications

• Key Activities:
• Helped in ideation and design of a cross-platform app which will educate users on personal finance read user interaction and investigate the eligibility factors, finally compiling the data to identify the leads interested in financial products
• Created an introductory promotional video of the company about its consumer education front to increase brand awareness
• Improved engagement with users and better SEO for the website by enabling a forum for finance-related queries
• Objectives:
• To increase brand awareness about the company and explaining its brand utility to the target users
• To increase the number of touch points for the company and consumers interaction
• Automate the process of consumer education and lead generation via a cross-platform app

Managed teams for various types of innovative content creation (3d animated video, interactive, unity games, eBooks and apps) and helped in marketing eBooks and app across various stores for a different set of users.

• Provided new solutions for e-learning project based on upcoming innovative technologies enhancing the usability of the product

• Designed marketing strategy to enhance exposure to e-books via different stores and signed contracts with new major online e-books selling stores like Flipkart, Google books, Ingram
