Heading the Knowledge & Consumer Insights department of Chipita (consumer market research included), for all the brands, categories & countries where the company operates. Drive consumer/ shopper and market intelligence projects for the countries where the company sets up its business. Other main responsibilities include: • Involvement in Chipita’s strategic projects, • Contribution and support to the global commercial & marketing team, with deep participation at all levels of the Front End Innovation process (consumer insight, idea generation, concept development, CPT evaluation), marketing mix & advertising, • Supervision of the analysis, reporting and interpretation of market research data (from different sources) to apply findings on brands, categories and countries, • Designing and monitoring the ad hoc & tracking studies, • Strategic Planning (trends, market segmentation, innovation, positioning, NPD, branding, communication).
Liaise with the Client Service Team of the company. Manage key accounts, drive new business development.
