I am a member of IBM Digital, a group within IBM dedicated to building IBM's global digital business and establishing its consumer model. It is a new effort that emerged in early 2015 to drive IBM's biggest strategy shift ever into the cloud business. IBM Digital is changing a business-to-business only company by building a business-to-consumer model and creating a marketplace platform to do so.
I am responsible for the marketplace platform's checkout experience. I work alongside a team that consists of engineers, business analysts, a user experience designer, and technical architects to create a user centric checkout experience that has great visual design as well as intuitive interaction patterns.
