- Responsible for administration of executive IT systems, including technical and non-technical aspects. Report directly to Founder, CEO, and COO.
- Provide auxiliary project based sys admin support to company-at-large IT team
- Build out, maintain and upgrade Meraki networking infrastructure including multiple site-to-site VPN tunnels, wifi mesh and physical switched network configuration, vlan assignment, general troubleshooting across multiple sites nationwide
- Maintain and support colocated physical server infrastructure in datacenters in LA, Chicago, and New York.
- Administer and support virtual infrastructure across 3 environments (including servers and desktops) through the VMware VSphere Dashboard and Powershell module.
- Spearheaded migration of end users from physical to virtual desktop environment. Lead project through planning, transferring data, testing, training users, and deployment.
- Maintain a culture of security and regulatory compliance in all decision making.
- "Deep dive" technical analysis of complex Windows issues.
- Responsible for maintenance and design of company Confluence Server instance, and Executive Team Sharepoint. Support and admin company Jira Server instance.
- Administer AWS instances including company public-facing website.
- Provide comprehensive administration of a wide variety of IT and AV technology including: Airwatch, Okta, RingCentral, Sonos, RTI, Cisco AMP, KnowBe4, Oice 365, OneDrive, Slack, Duo, Tennable, Cisco Umbrella, KACE, Ansible/Tower, Active Directory (AD), Windows Hello for Business, Cisco Call Manager, Group Policy, Infoblox, Cisco Firepower, Windows Sys Internals, Powershell, Splunk, Cisco IP phones, Symantec
