• Led the Engineering Team in transforming an Investor Community into a Consumer Facing Data Feed for Crypto Investors (www.coinvision.co)
• Developed algorithmic strategies around alternative market data sets (On chain ERC 20 Token Transfers, Exchange Smart Contract Wallet Creation Monitoring, Dynamic Rich Lists)
• Led the Engineering Team in Creating an Order Management System connecting several Crypto Exchanges

Helped the fantastic team at Academia de Codigo (acquirers of Codeplace) onboard the product and redesigned the Curriculum.

In less than two years Codeplace has established itself as the place where you learn how to code any web app. It has managed to organically grow to 100,000 software developer students from 100+ countries and achieved an average course completion ratio of 35%.

• Rune Theil (CEO @ Rockstart): Tiago has a strong entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to see new opportunities before anyone else. Tiago has a no nonsense and no bullsh*t attitude. Tiago gets stuff done and he is a very strong executer. Tiago also has the ability to think in network and he has shown that he can attract some of the best people work with him. We've not yet seen the most of Tiago.
• Felipe Avila da Costa (Co-Founder @ Infraspeak): Tiago is a natural entrepreneur. He is always looking for business opportunities and making it real very quickly. He and his teams have the rare ability to execute their visions fast, and the even more rare capacity to listen and adapt based on market feedback. That said, I believe he is going to succeed sooner or later, and often.
• Rob Spijkers (Managing Partner @ Hamilton Roche): The first time I met Tiago was during a selection day for incubator Rockstart and we have maintained this contact. Since he could not break some 'glass ceilings' with his startup Songvice, he decided (as a mature and seasoned business man) to change both the business model and the focus of his business completely. After a couple of weeks his company Codeplace made more revenue than he ever made with Songvice. This was a brave and though well thought decision which characterises Tiago as a CEO and business lead.

Final Thesis in AI Supported ERP Enterprise Integrations. President of the International Society, University of Hertfordshire; Actively engaged the student’s international community by promoting and organizing multi-cultural oriented events aiding foreign students to successfully interact with other fellow internationals. In my power, the society achieved in coordinating bi-monthly events bringing up the number of registered members to an all time maximum (150). The position gave me the opportunity to represent other foreign students in integrating themselves into a strong social circle. Elected team leader for an important coursework which we were asked to design a fully working prototype of a Vehicle Management System serving as a foundation to a case study on the London 2012 Olympics.

Analysed the current Analytics and Reporting stack for the Parfois Online Team. Subsequently recommended a new data architecture layout together with an effective tracking plan. Overall objective was to increase conversion rates and reduce reporting times to upper management.
