Lead the ideation, technical development and launch of a deeply integrated workflow experience for Intuit Link within the Intuit Professional Tax Products. This effort resulted in 4x user growth and adoption for Accountants and their clients. Introduced an innovative in-product discovery experiences that is now being leveraged across Intuit.

I served as the SME who defined the vision and strategy of internal data mapping service. As a Product Owner, I also managed a development team to define, prioritize, develop and deliver on product execution strategy using Agile Methodologies. Successfully delivered data transformation support for 10 tax forms across 3 tax products and 5 data formats.

As part of the Product Management Team, I contributed to the product strategy, roadmap, execution and delivery of IBM Watson Explorer. I also collaborated with our the XF teams on ideation and prototyping using Design Thinking methodology. I collaborated with the sales and marketing teams with product launches, trade shows, customer visits and executive briefings.

As the Team Lead, I worked with the Project Sponsor to gather and translate customer problems into requirements, product features and roadmaps. During the development phase, I served as an architect in building a cross-platform mobile application on-top of the Apache Cordova framework.

I founded a startup to help college students save money on textbooks by re-imaging the marketplace for used textbooks. As a member of the research and development team, I lead the user research, interaction and interface design for physician tele-medicine platform and patient mobile application. I also assisted in the development of back-end web services for the tele-medicine platform.

At the age of 12, I founded a online gaming community. The community served as forum and a resource for gamers that were looking for original gaming guides, design resources and other services. My role consisted of leading 15 individuals volunteers with design, development and growth of the community. Notable achievement: The community was featured in a Canadian Teen Magazine.
