Chief is the future of women in the workplace. Created to drive more women into positions of power and keep them there, Chief is a private network designed specifically for senior women leaders — rising VP level through CEO — to strengthen their experience in the C-suite, cross-pollinate power across industries, and effect change from the top-down. Co-founders Carolyn Childers and Lindsay Kaplan launched in Chief in 2019 and have grown to over 3,000 of the most formidable senior leaders in the United States, representing over 1,000 companies and a waitlist of more than 8,000.

Core is designed to forge confidential support and deep connections among senior leaders by engaging with and strengthening five power elements. This curated collective of career contemporaries meets on a regular cadence with a vetted facilitator to lead the conversation. Facilitators (called Core Guides) are seasoned, professional executive coaches with over a decade of leadership development experience.
