In Somali, the word "xukuma" [hoo.koo.ma] translates to "life the way you want it to be." Drawing upon my 20 years of experience working with leading institutions, inspiring leaders, and dynamic start-ups, both in non-profit and other sectors, I established Xukuma, LLC. My goal is to assist for-impact organizations in discovering and realizing their own version of "xukuma."
Xukuma, LLC offers a range of services, including leadership development, coaching, facilitation, governance and board development, and interim executive directorship. These services are designed to enhance organizational and individual effectiveness.
Please note that as of January 2022, Xukuma, LLC is not accepting new clients.
