This process aims to identify, support, and scale growth-stage organizations and programs that address unmet needs in Jewish education and engagement. This two-year engagement will conclude in December 2023.

Additionally, I provided supervision and guidance for various departments, including regional fundraising, human resources, leadership and engagement, board relations, communications and marketing, IT, and data analytics. Managing a team of 40 employees, I efficiently allocated and managed an annual operating budget of $10 million.
