GlobalLogic is one of the large vendors for the Apple Maps project. I'm working with a team with ~600 people. Here I'm handling AOI (Area of Interest) and Water project with ~100 mappers and 2 Associate Leads. I joined as a subject matter expert (OpenStreetMap), so helping out other projects like highway, turn by turn routing is also part of my responsibility.

• Service: I'm handling two team here with 2 associate leads. Joined as lead in Water team when it was with 12 members, now the team grows up to 80. Also, started a pilot project on AOI.
• Product Management and Delivery
• Working directly with OpenStreetMap data is very challenging role. In spite of community challenge we have delivered complete Africa content, World's island, Caribbean island water data with quality.
• AOI project is a very new workflow where 15 mappers are involved to correct (ex. airport, university, tourist place, national park, etc) AOI geometry and tagging, and we have delivered very first country.

UXO-India is a joint research inventory of Mahatma Education Society and New York University, Stern Business Management school. Satellite image analysis, mapping, data analysis are the prior part of my responsibilities. Here I am also involved with proposal writing and budget estimation for new projects.

This course is under joint education program of ITC Netherlands and IIRS, ISRO. My specialization was Natural Hazard and Disaster Risk Management under Water Resource department.

This is post graduate regular course in Geography and I have specialization in Fluvial Geomorphology.

Grenada is a small island developing state (SIDS) with a unique culture and heritage. The country is aiming to become the first smart small state, and this project, with its focus on urban areas and on long-term resilience and adaptation, is seen as a key part of that effort.

Defining urban population density is always a difficult and complex task in the real world. Measuring two-dimensional population density is easy but when it comes to deciding about compactness of a city, it got complicated because of the living pattern of a city. We are building the methodology to calculate urban compactness without missing the vertical growth of a city.

Phase I is focused on the mapping and measurement of global urban expansion for 200 global cities.

Phase II was mapping and measurement about urban layouts.

I'm working on improving OpenStreetMap data.

I love to explore new things on Remote Sensing and GIS and manage to develop few projects based on that.

Naksha is an OpenStreetMap community in India. Our goal is to spread awareness of mapping. We help to organize mapathon, mapping party, and any open-source activity.
