Joined the BHS team in March 2018 to support the launch and improvement of a mobile app designed for people living with multiple sclerosis. The app was rolled out in five countries during 2018, reaching over 120k downloads. In 2019, the focus shifted to improving user retention, increasing active usage, and expanding to five additional countries.
Joined the Ditto design team in August 2017 to bring structure, methodology, and design production expertise for a mobile banking app. The main objective was to prepare the French launch of the application in November 2017.
