Responsible for Recruiting, Sales Strategy, training, and in-field activity for 20+ Valpak franchisees in US ( 75%travel). Serve as onsite and home office liaison for franchisees. Support franchise owners and their sales staffs to grow revenue via integrated digital and print based solutions.

- Head Coach Large Format Circular Sales- Exceeded network revenue and participating franchise target growth from product inception to current year- 2014-2016.
- Head Coach- Digital Sales tools- Conducted sales strategy sessions to promote education and adoption of online tools such as Buzzboard. Increased franchise license count 25% through these efforts. This contributed to meeting annual digital franchise and revenue growth.
- Small Micro Program Sales Leader- Led efforts in pilot phase to promote increased sales efforts through franchise operation outsourcing. 6 month trial led to positive results and implementation revenue model for network. Top franchises achieved 10.5% YoYSM revenue increase during trial period.
- Promoted to Franchise Consultant in 2014 after 1 year as Digital Sales Development Consultant at Valpak.
