Kritika Homes is a mobile application intended for online real-estate brokers. It would make searching, viewing, or selection of property easier for user's specific to their needs.

Automated Lottery Management System is a desktop application intended for lottery providing organizations. It is a single user application developed using Core Java. This application gets the data like

* prizes for winners

* lottery agents information

* lottery tickets sold etc.

from the user and saves it into the MySQL database. The app uses Collections framework to shuffle all the tickets that were sold and randomly pick the winners. All the winners are mapped to the Database and a Text Message is also sent to the winners automatically.

The application has the feature of Importing/Exporting Excel sheets from and to the Database.
