    Our team is in search of a VP of Customer Success to help us evolve the Customer Success function at InVision.

    What you’ll do:

    • Work closely with the Sales organizations to develop and execute growth plans and strategies

    • Establish, track, and measure customer success effectiveness and performance
    • Recruit, build, and lead a high performing, collaborative, empowered customer success team

    • 10+ years of experience in managing a customer-facing organization

    In this role, you will own InVision Studio’s essential features and have a significant impact on the overall Designer Experience. You’ll manage the roadmap and partner on the strategy for tools that designers use every day, and have a significant impact on the success of InVision Studio and for InVision’s design platform as a whole. 

    What you’ll do:

    • You’ll become an expert in design features, and develop an authoritative point of view on what Designers need (and don’t even know they need yet)
    • You will articulate user problems and business goals, partnering closely with a core team of design and engineering experts to deliver compelling customer experiences
    • You’ll gain alignment from company leaders and stakeholders, and prioritize a roadmap that helps your team achieve your goals 
    • Proactively engage with partners and stakeholders in data science, support, sales, and marketing to communicate product plans and support go-to-market initiatives 
    • You’ll help define hypotheses for product enhancements and run experiments and user panels to validate contributions towards user and business outcomes 
    • You will coordinate across teams to maintain product and strategy alignment, eliminating surprises and finding creative ways to make the “whole greater than the sum of its parts”

    • 5+ years in Product Management roles at design-forward software companies

    About the Team:

    Our Cloud Infrastructure teams are responsible for infrastructure, operations, automation, and engineering tooling for our AWS and Kubernetes-based compute, data, and eventing infrastructure supporting all InVision Engineering teams. We are enablers and force multipliers. We build products that help our engineering customers better own and operate their own services.     We are seeking a hands-on Staff Data Architect to lead technical direction for the Database Reliability Engineering (DBRE) team. This highly influential and self-directed engineering role works to understand our business, customer, and engineering needs. By designing and driving the shape of our data architecture, systems, and tooling, you’ll ensure we are meeting the 1-2 year needs of InVision’s product direction.

    What you’ll do:

    • Work with stakeholders from across the organization, including product owners and data scientists to deliver a scalable & secure data architecture
    • Understand business and engineering requirements and influence the Cloud Infrastructure roadmap
    • Gather requirements to organize, design, and document existing and new data interfaces, data flows, and data models
    • Configure a data catalog to manage metadata; promoting self-service data discovery and exploration
    • Participate in the curation of a culture of innovation where ideas are generated and executed
    • Apply deep industry knowledge to ensure our organization is aiming correctly at the most critical problems, building for the future
    • Drive operational and engineering excellence both within the DBRE team and outward

    What you’ll bring:

    • Hands on experience designing data models for customer applications and business intelligence
    • Deep understanding of database technologies (SQL, noSQL, event streaming, caches, etc) 
    • Expertise in distributed systems, microservices architectures, multi-region architectures, infrastructure tooling and automation, software development best practices, observability, and reliability engineering

    Our team is in search of a Senior Product Manager to help us change the way digital products are designed.

    About the Team:

    The Billing and Shared Services squad works on products that are internally used by the business, including billing system integrations, payment management, and shared technical services utilized throughout InVision’s products. 

    As the product lead of the Billing and Shared Services squad, you’ll be responsible for some of the most business critical systems within InVision. A key function of your role is to make billing and payments as simple and frictionless as possible for both our self-service and Enterprise customers. Additionally, you’ll collaborate proactively with Product Managers across the business to understand upcoming product needs and build shared solutions. 

    What you'll do:

    • Work with your leadership team and other stakeholders to define and drive the billing and platform strategy and product roadmap, and drive the product discovery and delivery processes for initiatives within this area
    • Work closely with cross functional teams including Business Technology, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Finance to create alignment on end-to-end billing and account provisioning processes and coordinate initiative efforts between these teams
    • Become an expert in SaaS billing workflows and partner closely with a core team of design and engineering experts to deliver experiences and capabilities that meet customer and business needs
    • Proactively engage with product and engineering managers across the InVision business to identify upcoming initiatives that will require platform changes, and work with your team to deliver new services and capabilities on time
    • Write simple, clear documentation that aligns your team around problems to solve and functional specifications for the solutions that you’ll collectively deliver
    • Collaborate consistently with your team to deliver meaningful and measurable results and share and celebrate your team’s successes

    What you’ll bring:

    • 5+ years in Product Management roles in SaaS companies
    • Experience working with billing systems and/or Salesforce integrations is a plus 
    • Excellent communication skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences
    • Strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives

    • 7+ years of industry experience debugging complex issues at every level of the stack; you can debug a web application problem all the way from the browser, through the transport, through the application, servers, databases, and asynchronous queues
    • A deep understanding of Cloud Architecture and Cloud Services
    • Strong problem-solving skills with a bias to action. You’ll be identifying and digging into difficult technical areas and paving the way forward for engineers
    • Mastery of languages and technologies (Golang, Javascript, typescript or flow, nodejs, C/C++ a plus)
    • Deep expertise in both backend and frontend technologies
    • Familiarity building large-scale SPAs (single page applications)
    • Motivation to understand the business, our users, their requirements, and to deliver results
    • Passion for continued learning and a track record of picking up new technologies and skills as you ship awesome code
    • Great communication skills and experience/ability to work with fully remote teams

    About the Team:

    You’ll be working on one of the most critical products in InVision’s universe; Craft and Web Prototyping. This team focuses on delivering best in class experiences to our Customers while solving tough challenges like developing interactive prototyping tools and creating design workflow plugins.     What you’ll do:

    • Work with designers and product managers to deliver new features in our native macOS apps and Sketch plugins
    • Implement native macOS user interfaces using both Swift and Objective-C
    • Dive deep into the Sketch plugin ecosystem using both Objective-C and JavaScript to deliver a suite of plugins
    • Refactor code on an ongoing basis to improve developer efficiency, architecture, and quality
    • Research and help to define technical standards for the company
    • Lead code reviews and guide software architecture decisions for your team
    • Create system documentation/play book(s) and serve as a lead technical reviewer and contributor
    • Actively work to understand and implement initiatives to drive quality such as stability, performance, and clean code

    What you’ll bring: 

    • Strong proficiency in Swift, Objective-C, and JavaScript
    • Sketch plugin development and Node.js experience is a plus
    • Hands on experience designing, implementing, deploying through CI, and operating distributed systems at scale and under heavy load
    • Multiple years of experience mentoring and leading experienced engineers
    • A track record of building consensus and influencing technical decisions across an organization
    • Multiple years of experience debugging complex issues at every level of the stack
    • Solid understanding of cross-process interactions (either app to app or app to distributed service)

    About the Team:

    The Product Platform and Architecture Zone is responsible for InVision’s architecture, and  identifying and building business critical shared services and components in support of: billing, growth, authentication and accounts, and the unique needs of our largest Enterprise customers .     • Recruit, hire, mentor, and coach engineering leaders at different levels of experience

    • Works closely with Principal Engineers leading design, architecture, process and development discussions that span a variety of different disciplines (front end, microservices, event driven systems, etc)
    • Own all operational metrics and support for your teams' software

    Our team is in search of a Lead Front End Engineer - Communications to help us change the way digital products are designed.

    About the Team

    The Communications Squad works on our commenting and communication features within InVision software. This is a very impactful part of InVision, as our mission is to encourage the space between design and engineering to be more collaborative. On this team, you will be working on enhancing our commenting and collaboration features to ensure our customers stay connected to their work and to each other. You’ll be working in a modern web stack (React, Typescript) and helping drive innovative engineering design in our core product experience.

    What you’ll do:

    • Build and own operational excellence of robust front-end services that must be performant under load, scalable, and handle large sets of data
    • Help lead front-end engineering efforts within the team
    • Coach & mentor other developers on the team and act as a point of contact for cross team initiatives
    • Create system documentation/play book(s) and serve as a lead technical reviewer and contributor in requirements, design, and code reviews
    • Refactor code on an ongoing basis to improve developer efficiency, architecture, and quality
    • Work closely with product managers and designers to design and develop the product’s functionality, look, and feel

    What you’ll bring:

    • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, and TypeScript
    • Multiple years of front-end experience working on teams designing, building, and debugging high volume, scalable SaaS applications from end-to-end
    • Multiple years of experience mentoring and leading less experienced engineers
    • Use of continuous integration and delivery technologies at an expert level; you also have the ability and interest to teach others best practices
    • Curiosity to iterate and improve on solutions; you view unknowns as challenges and enjoy them
    • Motivation to understand the business, our users, their requirements, and to deliver results
    • Passion for continued learning and a track record of picking up new technologies and skills as you ship awesome code

    Our Cloud Infrastructure teams are responsible for infrastructure, operations, automation, and engineering tooling for our AWS and Kubernetes-based compute, data, and eventing infrastructure supporting all InVision Engineering teams.     We are seeking a hands-on Lead Database Reliability Engineer to support the technical direction for the Database Reliability Engineering(DBRE) team. This role delivers data technology to meet business, customer, and engineering needs. By providing reliable systems and tooling, you’ll ensure we are meeting the needs of InVision’s product direction. 

    What you’ll do:

    • Drives standardization and automation of common database processes to reduce toil
    • Delivers against project deadlines and sets expectations along the way
    • Identifies areas for improvement both within the technical solutions and within business processes
    • Optimize performance of new and existing database instances leveraging data and telemetry
    • Partner with development teams when choosing database technologies and other major database changes, such as upgrades
    • Create documentation for self-service capabilities, and other reference material
    • Fulfill security and compliance requirements
    • Participate in the curation of a culture of innovation where ideas are generated and executed

    What you’ll bring:

    • Hands on experience building, scaling, and supporting database technologies (SQL, noSQL, event streaming, caches, etc) 
    • Experience with distributed systems, microservices architectures, infrastructure tooling and automation, software development best practices, observability, and reliability engineering
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Self-direction and the ability to see and understand a large number of challenges, prioritizing them into a set of incrementally achievable goals

By defining and driving the shape of our platform and infrastructure architecture, systems, and tooling, you’ll ensure we are meeting the 1-2 year needs of InVision’s product direction.

    What you’ll do:

    • Work with stakeholders from across the organization, from Engineers to Executives
    • Understand business and engineering requirements and influence the Platform Engineering roadmap
    • Lead the design and definition of a Platform technical architecture and plan to achieve it
    • Mentor and grow the most senior engineers within our teams
