Creative Project Manager
The Sage Group’s client, cloud collaboration service headquartered in San Francisco, is searching for a Creative Project Manager. In this role you will work with Creative Teams on creative project workflows. This is a great opportunity to apply your outstanding leadership skills, passion for process and ability to plan a calendar within a highly motivated, high impact, enjoyable team
Responsibilities:
- Manage creative projects related to our client’s brand initiatives – communicating timelines, daily/weekly status updates, and identifying potential risks/roadblocks
- Calendar and manage creative reviews, approvals, legal reviews, stakeholder meetings, and creative presentations
- Work closely between team leaders to keep partners informed, and continuously seek opportunities to optimize project workflows
- Maintain project dashboard to communicate the status of all projects
Requirements:
- You have 3-5 years in a creative operations, production, or similar project management role
- Experience managing web and digital marketing touchpoints
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and oral
- Incredible organizational skills and attention to detail (from grammar to legal disclaimers)
- A positive attitude and a genuine love for working with creative teams
- A love of process, and desire to improve them every day
- Experience using Airtable for project management purposes
- Skilled at navigating dependencies among multiple stakeholders
- Goal oriented with experience mapping out priorities to make trade-offs.
