Title: E-Learning Project Manager- Contractor

ExecOnline is looking for a talented and driven individual to work on a contract basis as an eLearning Project Manager.

We partner with top business schools to provide outstanding professional development courses for executives at Global 2000 companies. We are looking for an exceptional individual with excellent client management and organizational skills, as well as a knowledge of educational product development.

As a Project Manager you will lead multi-disciplinary teams in the development of highly interactive learning content. This role requires collaboration with our instructional design, multimedia, testing, and product launch teams as well as managing client contributions to deliver cutting-edge content for our customers around the world.

This role will be remote.

What you’ll do:

You’ll leverage your organizational and client management skills to deliver compelling and effective learning experiences for our new Applied Experience Platform offering. These 1-week, asynchronous experiences feature lecture content, assignments, interactive activities co-created with our university partners. You’ll be the key link between ExecOnline and our partners, ensuring coordination and development of program deliverables, and (along with the design lead) ensuring the quality of the overall product.

Who are we looking for?

• You’re motivated and can work to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• You’re organized and comfortable working with multi-disciplined and multi-location teams, running multiple projects simultaneously.
• You’re experienced and comfortable in your abilities as a PM with:
  • at least 5 years’ project management experience working on client-facing projects, preferably in the edtech sector or within an L&D function.
  • strong scheduling skills.
  • experience managing daily schedules across multi-disciplines.
  • the ability to implement best practice and Project Management methodologies appropriate to the project’s scope.
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You are a passionate learner, with a keen desire to explore new areas and to help others learn about them too.
• You are a clear writer, who gets inside the mind of your audience to produce writing that reflects their needs while giving them new insights. You love it when your audience can use what you produce to do something new they couldn’t do before.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing multiple projects while maintaining project documentation and status reports.
• Interacting with clients on a regular basis.
• Working closely with client teams on key deliverables
• Creatively contributing to the project vision, objectives, activities, tasks and outcomes.
