Project Management Assistant
As a Project Management Assistant, you will be joining our growing global Delivery Team. This role will be responsible for managing clients along with the management of multiple projects for a variety of business segments, and industries. We are seeking a professional who will collaborate and has a passion for managing people, projects, and clients. This role involves coming up with creative ideas and with a keen interest in eLearning domain.
Position: Project Manager Assistant
Location: *Home-based office in the UK / Ireland / US*
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Project Managers and Senior Project managers in tasks relating to:
- Localization of projects
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time.
- Ensuring projects are developed to a very high quality.
- Ensuring projects are developed within budget.
- Ensuring clients are happy with project deliverables.
- Completing Regression Testing (Quality Assurance) of courseware.
- Regression testing edits based on Project Manager’s instructions.
- Ensuring Audio/Video recording/processing is completed as scheduled.
- Locating client-requested files/projects for Project Managers.
- Collating metric information from team members.
- Managing file uploads/downloads.
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers and team members.
- Track any time spent on projects.
- Locating archived courses; responding to client requests to locate previously developed materials, etc.
- Complete regression testing of courseware.

Requirements
- Qualification or experience in multimedia, an educational or training field, or Project Management.
- Previous experience in Project Management
- Interest in a Project Management career pathway
- A Keen interest in the eLearning field
