AutoRABIT helps Salesforce.com developers to automate their daily tasks to be more productive and increase the release velocity for their development team. AutoRABIT is specialized in Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) for SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Mulesoft, ServiceNow, SAP, Adobe, etc. AutoRABIT framework covers the entire DevOps cycle, and is highly scalable making it a favorite by large enterprises. The framework is complemented by 4 products with strategic innovation and expansion of product offerings.

Overview:

As a Customer facing Project Manager at AutoRABIT, you’ll be managing multiple projects (new implementations and subsequent Professional Services engagements), for AutoRABIT’s Enterprise Services team. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage all aspects of Customer projects, with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, across various timezones, to ensure on time and successful delivery of our Professional Services Projects

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Leading project planning and status meetings with internal and external stakeholders

  • Managing project progress throughout all project management phases and adapt work as required

  • Managing project risks for successful project execution

  • Creating/Editing Project Plan and ensuring projects meets all project Milestones and deadlines

  • Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed

  • Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders

  • Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation

  • Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected

  • Motivating people involved in the project to complete tasks on time

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of customer advocacy and engagement experience in post-sales support, or equivalent experience in professional services, project management or account management functions in Fortune 1000, mid-tier, or start-up companies

  • 5+ years of experience in SAAS product delivery.

  • Experience with working with international teams

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously

  • Leadership skills

  • Problem Solving Skills

  • Time management skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Agility to adapt to changing processes and environment

  • Experience with delivery of Salesforce applications and Salesforce release management is desired

  • Experience in DevOps is desired

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • PMP or other Project management Certification or equivalent knowledge

Prefer ability to work in the Central or Pacific Time Zones
