As a Technical Project Manager, you will drive the development of enterprise software for our diverse base of clients and partners in the speech and voice of the customer analytics space. You will be involved in planning, design, and implementation of new platform features. You will work with development, architecture, and operations teams, participating in daily stand ups and two-week iterations with monthly releases. You will lead the agile lifecycle development, testing, deployment, and operational readiness for each feature developed. You will drive the rollout of new software into our production systems in collaboration with the Operations department.

Requirements

• Participate in architectural discussions to identify best course of action for a development initiative
• Analyze, plan, and develop requirements for development initiatives
• Drive the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring active work toward established milestones
• Hold regular technical meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
• Ensure operational teams and production environments are prepared for deployment of new features
• Drive the roll out of new features into production environments

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in software development or delivery
• Strong understanding of SAAS software architecture
• Strong understanding of CI pipelines and production deployments to a SAAS environment
• Strong understanding of enterprise database
• Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods
• Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams
• Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
• Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
