What You Will Do:
We’re looking for a driven Account Manager with a positive and winning attitude to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for retaining and developing Commercial-Mid Market, Enterprise, and Strategic Accounts. Under the direction of the Account Management Team Supervisor, you will drive the continued retention and growth of our partnerships being passed on from either the Account Implementation team or the Senior Account Executive team.
- Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your partners
- Onboard partners, transitioning from a newly launched status
- Proactively research client’s company to stay up to date on any rebranding, organization changes, overall print needs, seasonality, etc.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to partner needs and objectives
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external partners
- Forecast and track account metrics, reviewing sales reports to determine account management strategy within your portfolio of accounts
- Effectively handling critical issues and difficult conversations independently, using Customer Care team and management if/when necessary to resolve issues
- Document sales opportunities with partners in Salesforce to influence conversations in future calls
- Leverage cross-functional teams to assist with growth opportunities

- Minimum of 2 years of Account Management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically over phone and email
- Fast-learning and flexible within an ever-evolving start-up environment
- Desire to succeed in a high velocity sales environment with willingness to handle ambiguity
Nice to Have:
- Formal Sales Training preferred (Sandler, Challenger, etc)
- Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
