Launched in 2021 under the umbrella of Unacademy, India’s largest Ed-Tech platform, Relevel has had over 1.7 Mn users, 100k test takers and hundreds of candidates offered from various parts of the country absolutely free of cost leading to a $20 million fundraise from Unacademy. Relevel is now looking to make this mission global, and we building our first international team, in the US.

We are looking to onboard the first members of our US team and act as flagbearers of the Relevel mission of enabling hiring by skill assessments. You will be the primary owner to understand and communicate the skill requirements in the US, onboard companies to act as hiring partners and ensure the delivery of jobs to qualifying test takers.

What you will do:

  • Identify and communicate skill requirements that hiring companies have for various roles and positions
  • Create a system to onboard companies looking to hire via the Relevel tests. Create the pitch and messaging to ensure we have a diverse pool of companies for job seekers
  • Ensure quality experience for both hiring companies and job seekers by ensuring interviews are setup and completed fast
  • Leverage data and create insights to improve job seeker – company match
  • Create a feedback loop between the hiring companies and the Relevel headquarters to improve the relevance of each test

Who you are:

  • A citizen of the US and have 1-2 years of experience. An MBA is a plus
  • Have prior experience in customer onboarding / client relations or account management
  • Some who can thrive in uncertainty and tackle vague problems. You also heavily rely on data to take accurate decisions and drive high performance
  • An effective verbal and written communicator with a knack for being able to sell your ideas
  • Some who is comfortable working remotely and can ensure coordination and communication in a remote setup
