The concept for Veho started as a school project while co-founder Itamar Zur attended Harvard Business School. Zur constantly experienced issues receiving packages – from getting the dreaded “we missed you” note, to stolen packages. He set out to fix the problem so many customers and brands face.

About The Role

You will work directly with Veho’s CMO and Senior Director of Brand Marketing to build the marketing function. This is an opportunity to be on the ground floor of the marketing team at one of the fastest-growing startups in the world. In this role you will help define the voice of Veho’s brand to internal and external customers, implement new processes to help scale, and help build a team of marketing professionals.

Responsibilities Include:

• Drive the planning, creative development and execution of brand marketing campaigns across channels
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define brand guidelines that reflect the values and voice of Veho to driver-partners, clients, and customers
• Apply expertise to bring brand marketing to life in a way that optimizes results across company-wide objectives and key results
• Own the marketing calendar for Veho and ensure brilliant execution of campaigns across all channels
• Manage internal and external resources including agencies responsible for amplifying the Veho brand
• Provide leadership and partnership to key business partners including legal, finance, operations, growth and the C-level leaders
• Deliver on a clear roadmap and plan, demonstrating how brand will impact critical company objectives and key results

What You Bring:

• 5+ years experience, preferably with time spent in a dynamic start-up environment
• Experience with B2B and B2C brand strategies
• Experience at an advertising/branding agency and in-house experience is a plus
• Data-driven, self-starter, creative, problem-solver, critical thinker
• Experience working across matrixed organizations to drive desired outcomes
• Strong communicator who is comfortable selling ideas both internally and externally
• Comfortable with tight deadlines and a fast-paced environment where things move and change quickly
• Track record of building impactful programs from scratch
• Proficient in performance marketing/working with performance marketing teams
• Innovative approach to using data, tackling media planning and measurement
