We are looking for a Business Operations Associate who is passionate about making an impact at a fast-growing, cyber-security software company. The role will report to the Business Operations Manager and work cross-functionally to help Axonius scale through process optimization, data analysis/management, and Salesforce support.

Responsibilities:

As a Business Operations Associate, you will:

• Own Deal Desk Review to ensure company financials are correct
• Report on and monitor company performance through KPIs
• Create visualizations and dashboards to track performance of various teams including Sales, Customer Success, Business Development, Support and more
• Collaborate with team leaders and other stakeholders to optimize processes and performance across the company
• Leverage our tech-stack to maintain a high level of data hygiene

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or related position
• Data driven with experience in Salesforce administration
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently to solve complex problems
• Humble Personality – no task is too big or too small for anyone on our team

Advantages:
