Tinuiti is looking for a Client Marketing Manager to join the Growth Marketing team. This new member of our team will create marketing campaigns that drive valuable marketing-led touchpoints with our client’s decision-makers that result in new business pipeline, cross- and up-sell assists, content and campaign success, and ultimately, revenue from cross-sells.

What you’ll do:

  • In partnership with Growth Marketing Leadership, craft the architecture and roadmap for our Client Marketing discipline. This includes evergreen client marketing efforts and campaign-oriented efforts
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation team to ensure that major campaigns have dedicated, relevant client marketing touchpoints
  • Partner with service line leaders to determine business opportunities and craft marketing strategies to capitalize on them
  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders from Product Marketing, Communications, Demand Generation, Client Strategy, and Sales teams to create and execute campaigns targeting existing client base
  • Report on client engagement and cross-sell metrics: uncover key insights and opportunities to test and pivot future campaigns
  • Working with our Sales and Client Services leaders, and using quantitative analysis of existing client data, identify and manage ongoing lists of specific clients and client cohorts that represent strong cross-sell opportunities
  • Plan, develop and execute the marketing strategy for clients and client cohorts you’ve identified

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of work experience in a marketing, business development, or demand generation role
  • Demonstrated success working in a results-driven role that directly impacted the growth of a business
  • Able to adapt and iterate quickly; this is a new function within the Growth Marketing team and we anticipate learning quickly and making pivots to scale the program
  • Salesforce and/or Marketo experience is a plus
  • Proven ability to implement performance data into marketing strategy
  • Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to project manage and work cross functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • B2B marketing background is preferred
