Job Description
We are looking for a mobile CRM manager to join the Consumer Apps team. This role will partner closely with cross functional teams such as Apps Product Owners, Apps Engineering, & Apps Data Science, to identify growth opportunities to drive user engagement & conversion for Receipt Hog.
The ideal candidate has experience running CRM campaigns for a mobile app in the past. We are entering a growth stage and this candidate must be able to hit the ground running with our CRM program and platform.
Responsibilities
- Execute a best-in-class North American mobile CRM strategy to achieve user engagement and conversion goals
- Channel management includes but is not limited to Email, Push Notifications, In-App Notifications, Remarketing Ads, Social Media Content Management etc.
- Lead the implementation of communication strategies aimed at improving new user conversion.
- Lead the implementation of communication strategies aimed at improving existing user retention.
- Work closely with Data Science to build Churn prediction models.
- Work closely with Consumer Apps UX & Product Owners to build communication campaigns aimed at driving adoption into new product features
- A/B testing lifecycle journeys and communications
- Build automation into our user communications.
- You will own CRM performance reporting
Skills & Requirements
- Must have experience with direct to consumer mobile app CRM
- Must have direct experience with CRM platforms. Experience with Braze is a big plus. We use Braze to execute our email, push, and in app communications
- 1+ years experience managing mobile app CRM channels
- Very Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience with A/B testing communications
