Customer Service Representative – Sales

  • Work from Home – US

Summary

Converts inquiries into sales by answering inbound telephone calls or chats to promote and sell equipment, receive orders, gather information and verify the details of the order.

Objective: Sell exercise equipment ranging from $700-$3000+ with extend warranties and extra iFit subscriptions.

  • Candidates should have an engaging personality
  • Able to ask questions (discover and probe) and identify customer needs
  • Share the features and benefits of the various products so agent can make a recommendation to the caller, Create a sense of urgency to buy, Reenforce buying decisions
  • Sell and offer extra products to benefit the customer’s experience on every call
  • Be able to easily reaffirm and congratulate individuals for entering a fitness journey
  • Serves customers by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests; maintaining databases.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  • Proven Lead qualification skills with a strong sales aptitude.
  • Dynamic and engaging written communication style.
  • Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills-verbal and written.
  • Expert knowledge of Icon products and accessories.
  • Agents are required to hit revenue per hour targets for equipment sold, and meet exceptional quality standards
  • 2-3 years of proven telephone sales or chat sales experience.
  • Solid keyboard skills and experience with using CRM software
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals.
  • Knowledge of the call center environment.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Sales experience, preferably call center sales.
  • Experience doing inbound sales.
  • Familiar with Microsoft office.
  • Familiar with SAP, inContact agent and Broadleaf helpful
  • Great people skills.
  • Customer care for any and all customers or potential customers.
  • Strong Typing and computer skills
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2-3 years of proven telephone sales or chat sales experience.
  • Personally enjoying fitness is always a beneficial tie to the program (not required)
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
  • Dedicated area to work from in your home
  • Internet speed requirement of 20 Mb/s for download speeds and 5 Mb/s for upload speeds (Wireless access is not permitted)

  • Flat screen 21” monitor(s)
  • Internet speed requirement of 20 Mb/s for download speeds and 5 Mb/s for upload speeds (Wireless access is not permitted)
