This role reports to our Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager. The mission of the integrated marketing group is to build an end to end go-to-market plans for our audiences with a unified, thoughtful message for each. You will help small businesses and consumers alike learn how they can use Vista’s products and services to create, grow and market their business or create memorable life moments.

What You Will Do:

  • Act as the Integrated Marketing lead for all of our design marketing initiatives. In this capacity you will be responsible for marketing all Vista’s design efforts to small business owners around the globe. You will join all relevant meetings, and represent integrated marketing strategies and KPIs to cross-functional partners.
  • You’ll help define and launch integrated design marketing plans and campaigns for our key target audiences; in partnership with project management keeping project timelines updated and clear across all stakeholders
  • You’ll partner with marketing colleagues in EMEA, cross-functional partners across LOB, channels, product marketing, marketing operations to build the strategy, gather requirements and ensure we deliver a consistent unified global message to market.
  • Identify market and consumer data to build and manage cohesive and meaningful marketing plans. Stay on top of market trends and assist identifying new market opportunities
  • Write engaging and dynamic creative briefs, evaluate creative work to ensure objectives are met, gather cross-functional feedback, push teams to continually drive creative excellence
  • Work with our creative and design team to support the development of new creative and iterate on it as we test and learn
  • Work collaboratively with product marketing team, LOB teams to align messaging and understand relevant product launches and moments to integrate into campaigns.
  • Collaborate with team members across product management, channels, creative, technology, CCI (Research) and pricing groups, as well as external creative and media agencies
  • Optimize channel plans by mapping assets to strategic objectives and desired customer experience across all touch points
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of key metric performance to define goals and utilize data to measure and optimize performance of campaigns and categories

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics or other related fields, MBA a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, people management experience a plus
  • Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to juggle multiple complex projects at once
  • Range of marketing knowledge especially across digital platforms and social platforms
  • Is a leader with exemplary communication and presentation skills
  • Customer-first mentality and passion for delivering the best end-to-end experience
  • Ability to think analytically and use data to make informed recommendations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a varied background of marketing experience. You’re a strategic thinker and can execute tactically to get campaigns to the finish line.
  • Culturally aware and curious and excited about working with international partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well both independently and in a team setting; managing multiple projects at once
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Workspace
